Enrollment increased at every public university in North Carolina this fall, but that doesn’t mean they are immune to changing enrollment patterns.

UNC System President Peter Hans made the announcement Friday morning, after the full UNC Board of Governors approved the selection. Hans called Lee Roberts "a calm, steady and focused leader."
