North Carolina Public Radio 瓜神app, Chapel Hill
瓜神app Radio is hiring a Major Gifts Officer. The primary purpose of this position is to establish relationships with individual donors and to cultivate, solicit, and steward them for major annual fund and special project contributions.
瓜神app Radio provides quality news, information and entertainment programming like 鈥淎ll Things Considered,鈥� 鈥淚t鈥檚 Been a Minute,鈥� and 鈥淟atino USA鈥� to a broad listening audience. 瓜神app reaches listeners in North Carolina from Greensboro to the Outer Banks through a network of seven stations and has listeners across the country and around the world through online streaming and podcasts.
Required Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:
5 or more years鈥� experience in fundraising, experience soliciting gifts of $25,000 or more, and exceptional written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications, Competencies, and Experience:
路 Mastery of the basic principles and techniques of successful fundraising as they pertain to the identification, cultivation, closure, and stewardship of individual donor prospects
路 8-10 years fundraising experience with an established history of soliciting gifts of $50,000+
路 Deep Familiarity, dedication and appreciation for Public Media
路 Experience in Public Media preferred
路 The skill to motivate and engender the confidence of co-workers and volunteers
路 A strong drive to be successful and the ability to take initiative on individual tasks as well as to help identify and assist team members in resolving any donor issues that arise
路 Integrity and sincerity

The salary range for this position is $85,000-115,000.
